Description
A rosewood cabinet by Danish designer Omann Jun, produced in the 1960s during one of the most considered periods in Scandinavian furniture making. The grain and warmth of the rosewood are the whole story here — the form is clean and restrained in the way Danish Modern does best, letting the material carry the piece without ornament or distraction. The doors retain their original condition and show beautifully, while the top has been refinished to a smooth, even surface.
At just over 47 inches wide and under 31 inches tall, it works equally well as a sideboard, media console, or low storage piece — versatile enough to move through different rooms and uses without losing its presence.
