Lotus Lamp

I was surprised by the size when I picked up this piece. I’ve admired these lamps and had yet to come across one in person. Flowers as big as your head and the lamp standing as tall as a child. Overall 39.5″h, 11″diameter base and flowers are about 15″ in diameter and 7″deep. There’s one petal of one interior flower that was repaired toward the base of the petal (see photo) – the mended place can be seen from the inside of the flower, but not the outside. Full transparency, this piece was more rusty and varnished than we liked, so it was cleaned, sanded and repainted with a shiny brass finish. New life.
