Take a few minutes to slow down today. Observe what’s around you. Use your senses to take in details you might otherwise miss.

We’ve found we better know how to take care of the pieces that come through our studio when we invest time in observation. 

A quick glance can miss underlying damage or beautiful grain that’s been covered up. How else would we know what to appreciate and encourage and what to make better?

Slow down and look around you. Then you’ll more clearly be able to see opportunities to use your hands to make something better.
