Shopping

Can I come and shop the studio? Yes! We have appointment-only shopping available and would love to see you. We’re around 10a-3p most weekdays.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer shipping? Yes! We ship to the contiguous Unites States. We use trusted freight companies for larger pieces and USPS for smaller items. Tracking information will be provided once we have it. Contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing an item.

Do you offer delivery? Yes! We offer local delivery within a 30-mile radius of 43215 for $30. Contact us for delivery information prior to purchasing an item.

How long will it take to receive my items? Freight shipping varies based on carrier and weather. We get the ball rolling on our end as soon as your order is placed and will keep you posted with updates. USPS generally arrives within 3-5 days of shipping (1-3 days to get your piece packaged up and dropped off) and same week local delivery based on availability.

How else can I get my items? Set up an appointment with us at the studio in Grandview, Ohio to pick up your purchases and peruse what’s available. We’ll contact you after your purchase when selecting “Local Pickup”.

Returns

Do you offer returns? No. All items are pre-loved and vintage in condition. We do our best to describe imperfections and damage in the listings, but know there is some normal wear and tear from items being 60 or so years old. If you have issues with items, please contact us. If an order arrives damaged through the shipping carrier, please report this to us, with photos, within 2 days of receiving your order and keep any packaging.

Consignment

Do you consign items? Yes, depending on the piece. We’ve worked with numerous individuals to help sell their vintage items. Contact us and we’ll start a conversation including taking a look at what you’d like to sell and talking through options of where and how we’d sell them for you. You then keep 60% of the pre-sale sold price.

Do you take donations? Yes, depending on the piece. We know sometimes it’s easier to offload pieces and we’d love to be considered as a place to donate vintage pieces. Contact us if you have something to donate.

Refinishing

Do you refinish furniture? Yes, depending on the piece. In addition to refinishing pieces for the shop, we also work with other shops and individuals to refinish pieces. Contact us with a brief description of type of piece and we’ll put together a quote for refinishing services.

What’s your typical turnaround for refinishing? We’ll work with you to schedule a pickup or drop-off date and time based on our current load of projects. Once we start on your piece, you can expect to have it returned in 2-3 weeks.
